General of the Guards as envoy to congratulate the Hsia ruler on his
birthday (Chin shih 6:18b).
On Feb.11, 1168, the New Year’s Day, Hsia envoys congratulated
at the Chin court. On Apr.10, they congratulated on the birthday of
Shih-tsung (Chin shih 6:19b, 20b; 134:5a).
In the 7th month (Aug./Sep.) of 1168, Hsia envoys were received
at the Southern Sung court (Sung shih 34:6a).
On Oct.13, Shih-tsung appointed the Commissioner of the Office of
Presentations as envoy to congratulate the Hsia ruler on his birthday
(Chin shih 6:21a-21b).
On Jan.30, 1169, the New Year’s Day, Hsia envoys congratulated
at the Chin court. On Mar. 30, they congratulated on the birthday
of Shih-tsung (Chin shih 6:22a, 22b).
On May 28, 1169, Shih-tsung appointed an Auxiliary General of
the Guards as envoy to take gifts to Hsia. On Sep.23, he appointed
an Auxiliary General of the Guards as envoy to congratulate the Hsia
ruler on his birthday (Chin shih 6:23a, 23b).
On Jan 19, 1170, the New Year’s Day, Hsia envoys congratulated
at the Chin court. On Mar.20, they congratulated on the birthday of
Shih-tsung (Chin shih 5:24b).
On Oct.24, 1170, Shih-tsung appointed a Gentleman-of-the-Palace
of the Ministry of Households as envoy to congratulate the Hsia ruler
on his birthday (Chin shih 6:25b).
On Dec.26, 1170, Hsia envoys thanked the Chin court for support
in the matter of Jen Te-ching’s execution (Chin shih 6:26a).^47
On Feb.7, 1171, the New Year’s Day, Hsia envoys congratulated
at the Chin court. On Apr.7, they congratulated on the birthday of
Shih-tsung (Chin shih 6:26a, 26b).
On Sep.28, 1171, Shih-tsung appointed an envoy to congratulate
the Hsia ruler on his birthday (Chin shih 6:27b).
On Jan.27, 1172, the New Year’s Day, Hsia envoys congratulated
at the Chin court. On Mar.26, they congratulated on the birthday of
Shih-tsung (Chin shih 7:1a, 1b).
In the 4th month (Apr./May) of 1172, Shih-tsung appointed an
Auxiliary General of the Guards as envoy to take gifts to Hsia. On
Oct.4, he appointed the General of the Guards of the Right as envoy
to congratulate the Hsia ruler on his birthday (Chin shih 7:2a, 2b).
