The Baltic Coast

Decorative Gothic brickwork in cozy old towns, beautiful beaches with

their distinctive Strandkörbe (wicker chairs), and restaurants serving fresh fish

are what make the Baltic Coast a popular holiday destination for Germans,

even though it is yet to be discovered by foreign visitors. Going eastward

along the coast line and to the islands of Rügen and Usedom, this tour

takes drivers through unspoiled scenery. The route starts inland in the spa
