organizedbyuniversitiesinShanghai.SULFprovidesaall-roundnetwork-basedplatformandaprofession-
alserviceteamcomposedofacademicelitestobuildabridgeofcooperationandexchangebetweenyoung
scholarsanduniversitiesinShanghai.The forumaimstocreatea“carnival”forinternationalyoungscholars.
