O50ml white rum

O50ml coconut cream

O50ml pineapple juice

O10 pineapple chunks

OCrushed ice

GARNISH: Pineapple

wedge and leaf,

maraschino cherry

1 Add all the ingredients

plus ½ a scoop of crushed

ice to a blender and

blend until smooth.

2 Pour into a hurricane glass,

garnish as shown and

serve straight away.
