    collections are cited. Much information difficult to find elsewhere, but it is not
    always reliable. Bibliography of about 250 items, no index.


Reprints from NGhave appeared in separate volumes. The essays are in most cases
updated or otherwise revised, and each volume has an index, which NGlacks. In this
