upyourbaseblend,thenaddtoa bottleorliddedjug.
Serve over ice with Champagne, sparkling wine or soda.


150 mlgin
50 mlbrandy
Juiceof1 orange
100 mlsugarsyrup(seenote)
250 gmraspberries,blended
untilsmooth,thenstrained
100 mlpinkcranberryjuice
(optional)
750 mlchilledChampagne
Lemon slices, to serve


1 Combinegin,brandy,orange
juice,sugarsyrup,raspberry
puréeandcranberryjuice
in a jugandstirtocombine.
Refrigeratein a sealedjug
orbottleuntilrequired.
2 Toserve,pourpunchbase
intoglassesoverice,thentop
withChampagneandgarnish
witha sliceoflemon.
NoteForsugarsyrup,combine
75gmsugarand75mlwater
in a smallsaucepanover
highheatandstiruntilsugar
dissolves(2minutes).Remove
