Improving core strength is
important as core muscles
support the spine. When the
core becomes stronger the
lower back and abdominal
muscles become better to be
able to balance and stabilize
posture.


Sports not to play a lot :
trampolines, long-distance
running, swimming
competitively.

Don't carry heavy items as
it adds to the natural pull
of gravity and compresses
the spine further.

Stretching is also very good
for the spine as Stretching
helps lessen the pain and
discomfort.

as standing or sitting too

it causes the thoracic spine to
become flattered, if one
dimension gets worse the
