You Need
For marinade:
2 kg chicken tikka
Salt to taste
150gms hung curd
15gms red chilli powder
15gms black pepper whole
150gms processed cheese
25gms green cardamom powder
50gms corn flour
50gms kebab masala
100ml cream

For sauce:
100ml cream
50gms chopped coriander
25gms chopped green chillies
Silver leaf for garnish

METHOD:
Cream cheese and marinate chicken
tikka with cheese, hung curd, salt, red
chilli powder, half of the cream, corn
flour and all the powdered spices. Keep
it aside for an hour to let the chicken
absorb the flavour of the ingredients.
Skewer the chicken tikka in 8 mm
skewers and cook in tandoor. Dum
cook the chicken in oven, sprinkle
kebab masala and lemon juice. Serve it
garnished with fresh chopped coriander.
