here. When a man is pursuing a woman, if he just
wants to have sex with her, he can take her rejection
over and over unphased. I’m not saying every man,
but there are plenty of men out there, who have no
problem taking constant rejection. He’ll keep coming
back because he’s obsessed with getting what he
wants. His emotions aren’t truly involved. He’s not
really in love here. He’s not even really into you like
that. It’s become a game to him. You have become
his conquest. He has no problem going full force and
moving past any of your objections or obstacles.
Don’t confuse that with love. Again, this man
doesn’t love you. Men who are truly in love with a
woman, when they get pushed away, are much more
easily discouraged and quicker to shut down.
They’re much more likely to give up. You’re
probably asking, “Why would he give up if he loves
the woman?” Simple, because trying to hold on to
her and the relationship will hurt a lot more than
letting her go.
I’m not saying that every man in love
immediately gives up. I’m not saying there has never
been a man who hasn’t constantly pursued a woman
despite how much he was being hurt. Simply
