Stage One
Welcome your new metabolism. Remember, Stage One will last 3 weeks. Each
day, you’ll eat 3 meals. You also have the option to have 1 to 2 snacks, but only
if you’re hungry. Again, Stage One allows no grains. This means that you will
not eat any bread, rice, or pasta. Although this may seem hard, you will lose
such a significant amount of weight during this stage that you’ll be glad you
eliminated grains. Remember, no alcohol is allowed.
