INGREDIENTS
12 ounces dark chocolate made with cocoa butter and reduced sugar
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 pound strawberries
DIRECTIONS
- Place the chocolate in a pan inside a larger pan filled with boiling water.
Stir the chocolate until it melts. - Stir in the cream, and add 1 tablespoon water.
- Keep the chocolate mixture hot, and dip the strawberries in the chocolate.
Place the dipped strawberries on a sheet of parchment paper, and allow
the chocolate to cool and harden. Serve.
