MONDAY


Morning:    water,  black   coffee  or  tea
First meal: 2 or 3 eggs, ½ avocado
Snack: ½ avocado sprinkled with sea salt and
drizzled with EVOO
Dinner: wild salmon fillet, large fatty salad

TUESDAY


Morning:    water,  black   coffee  or  tea
First meal: Better Brain Bowl (page)
Snack: handful of raw nuts, blueberries, a few
squares of dark chocolate
Dinner: grass-fed beef burger, hummus, sautéed
greens

WEDNESDAY


Morning:    water,  black   coffee  or  tea,    fasted  workout
First meal: large fatty salad, large sweet potato
Snack: can of sardines or wild salmon
Dinner: Banging Liver (page), roasted Brussels
sprouts
