First meal: over-easy eggs with kimchi and EVOO
Snack: celery with raw almond butter and cacao nibs
Dinner: Jamaican Me Smarter (page), sautéed greens

FRIDAY


Morning:    water,  black   coffee  or  tea,    fasted  workout
First meal: “Cheesy” Scrambled Eggs (page), large
sweet potato, ½ avocado
Snack: low-sugar beef jerky, bottle of kombucha
Dinner: Insanely Crispy Gluten-Free Buffalo Chicken
Wings (page), sautéed greens

SATURDAY


Morning:    water,  black   coffee  or  tea
First meal: 3 scrambled eggs with vegetables
Snack: pastured pork rinds with nutritional yeast
Dinner: huge fatty salad, can of sardines

SUNDAY


Morning:    water,  black   coffee  or  tea
First meal: poached eggs over sautéed greens, EVOO
Snack: whole avocado with sea salt, handful of nuts
Dinner: skip
