  1. To Use: Get in the tub and let the relaxation begin. Use the oatmeal
    sachet as a soothing wash bag by filling with water and squeezing out
    over your sore, sunburned skin. Use it as a spot treatment and compress.
    Place cucumber slices over your eyes or sunburned areas as a cooling
    anti-inflammatory treatment. Drain the tub and rinse off with a quick
    shower. Gently towel dry and generously moisturize while your skin is
    still damp.


SKINCARE SECRETS

Special instructions for a sunburn bath: Use warm to cool water to
soothe the burn. Don’t use soap, bubble bath, or bath salts, as they
can be drying to sunburned skin. Also, don’t use a washcloth, brush,
or any sort of intense exfoliant until your skin is healing. You don’t
want to soak too long and dry out your skin, so limit the bath to 10–
15 minutes. Sunburns are very drying to your skin, so drink lots of
water to moisturize from the inside out. Be sure to apply a
moisturizer as soon as you get out of the tub, providing your skin a
protective moisture barrier, helping to speed healing and prevent
peeling.
