Coconut cream: Coconut cream is full-fat coconut milk. See Coconut milk.


Coconut flour: Dried, defatted coconut makes a high-fiber, protein-rich flour
when ground.


Coconut milk: Coconut milk contains vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5, and B6 as
well as iron, selenium, copper, sodium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus.
The rich fat content in coconut milk locks moisture into the skin, and its high
selenium content works to control free radicals, which helps slow down the
aging process.


Coconut oil: This oil is readily absorbed into the skin and is widely known for
its superior moisturizing and restorative abilities. Coconut oil is naturally full of
antioxidants, has natural antifungal properties, and is an excellent moisturizer for
dry, irritated, or sensitive skin.


Coconut water: Coconut water helps with increased circulation and is
