2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Fried Garlic (here)
Heat the olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high
heat until shimmering. Add the beans and cook, without
stirring, until lightly blistered on the first side, about 1
minute. Add the sliced garlic and to cook, stirring and
tossing, until the garlic is light golden brown. Season to
taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve sprinkled with the fried garlic.
