3 .  You    will    be  able    to  trust   the messages
your body is sending you.

For perhaps the first time in your life, you
can rely on your own body to tell you what it
needs. Hallelujah! Because you’re making
good food choices and engaging with your
food in a new way, you know that if you feel
hungry, you’re actually hungry (and not just
having a craving or suffering from
hypoglycemia). So what do you do? You eat
something!


When you’re full, you know you’re
actually full, because you’ve given your food
enough time to send the right signal to your
brain, and your hormones are working the way
they’re supposed to, to regulate your appetite.
So what do you do? You stop eating!


And if you’re hungry or brain-foggy
between meals, your energy is flagging or
your performance in the gym or playing sports
is starting to slip, then you can surmise that
