Uttana Pristhasana

Modification: elbows bent at 90 degrees, palms to the floor, back knee off the floor
Pose Type: standing, forward bend
Drishti Point: Nasagrai or Nasagre (nose), Bhrumadhye or Ajna Chakra (third eye, between the
eyebrows)
