One-on-one interviews process:


  • Teacher invites students

  • interview structure
    o student
    ▪ explain her / his self-assessment
    ▪ explain whether there have been any changes in
    their self-assessment since the time they put their
    aspects down
    o teacher
    ▪ describes her / his impressions
    ▪ gives hints / tips, ... of what can be improved and
    how
    o both agree on one or two aspects the student should work
    on until the next one-on-one interview.
