when    you let everything  be. Stay    present.    For every   hour    of  yoga    you’ve
practiced,  stay    in  Savasana    for ten minutes or  more.   When    you’re  ready,  roll
over    to  your    right   side.   Your    heart   is  on  your    left,   so  when    you “come   back
to  life”   from    Corpse  Pose,   you rise    with    the heart   first,  always  letting your
heart   lead    the way.    In  yoga    class   you will    often   hear    your    teacher say
“Namaste”   at  the end of  practice—say    “Namaste”   back!   The word    means
“The    light   within  me  honors  the light   within  you,”   a   sacred  way to  show
