slices of pepperoni, a burger patty, and 1 tablespoon of
pizza sauce. (Note: If the dough is too sticky to roll out,
use your hands to form it around the burger. This
dough is very forgiving and can easily be pasted
together with your fingers.)
- Fold the sides of the dough around the burger
and seal it, as if you were making a large dumpling.
Repeat with the rest of the dough circles and filling
ingredients. Place on the hot pizza stone or a large
baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes or until the dough
is golden brown. Serve with pizza sauce on the side. - Store extras in an airtight container in the
refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on a rimmed
baking sheet in a preheated 350°F oven for 5 minutes
or until warmed through.

I like to make large batches of this pizza dough to
store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the
freezer for up to a month for easy meals such as
