The Best Blue Cheese Dressing
prep time: 5 minutes yield: 2 cups (2 tablespoons per serving)
8 ounces crumbled blue cheese, plus extra if desired
for a chunky texture
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup beef bone broth, homemade (here) or store-
bought
¼ cup red wine vinegar or coconut vinegar
1½ tablespoons Swerve confectioners’-style
sweetener or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered
sweetener (see here)
1 tablespoon MCT oil
1 clove garlic
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and
blend until smooth. Transfer to a jar. Stir in extra
chunks of blue cheese, if desired.
