Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing
prep time: 5 minutes, plus 2 hours to chill yield: 2 cups (2
tablespoons per serving)
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (Kite Hill brand
cream cheese style spread if dairy-free), softened
¾ cup chicken or beef bone broth, homemade (here)
or store-bought, or more if needed
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves and stems
¼ cup lime juice
½ teaspoon dried chives
½ teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon dried dill weed
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Place   all the ingredients in  a   blender or  food
 processor and puree until smooth. Cover and refrigerate
 for 2 hours before serving (it will thicken up as it rests).
 Add more broth if the dressing is too thick.
- Store   the dressing    in  a   jar in  the refrigerator    for
 up to 1 week.
