Chapter*

A chapter is the union of colleagues with the same or similar skills (= specialists). Further criteria for

the formation of a chapter can be comparable technologies or customers. Within the chapter,

members share their challenges and experiences. The members are always deployed in Squads.

A Chapter ...

− bundles employees with the same skill

− offers the opportunity to exchange experiences and challenges

− works on possible improvements of the applications, tools and methods

A Chapter-Leader ...

• leads the employees of a chapter in a disciplinary manner


• is responsible for the development of standardized procedures and guidelines in the Chapter


• is responsible for the development of the skills of its members


• prioritizes inquiries and is responsible for the equal division of employees


• can accompany several roles, e.g. also be a member of a squad
