124 He said to his people, “Do you not

fear?

ت وَ

لا

ْ

بَع

َ

ون

ُ

ع

ْ

د

َ

ت

َ

أ

َ

ين

ِ

ق

ِ

ل

ٰ

َ

خ

ْ

ٱل

125 Do you call on Baal, and forsake

the Best of creators?

١٢٦

َ

ه

َّ

مُ ٱلل

ُ

كِئ

ٓ

ابَا ءَ ب َّ رَ وَ مْ

ُ

ك َّبرَ

َ

ينِلو َّ

َ

ْ

ٱلأ

126 Allah is your Lord, and the Lord of

your ancestors.”

وهبُ

َّ

ذ

َ

ك

َ

ف

َ

و نرُ

َ

ضحْ مُ

َ

ل مْ

ُ

ه

َّ

ن

ِ

إ

َ

ف

127 But they called him a liar, and

thus they will be brought forward.

١٢٨

َّ

ٱلل

َ

ينصِ

َ

ل

ْ

خمُ

ْ

ٱل

128 Except for Allah’s sincere

servants.

ى فِ هِ ١٢٩

ا عَ لنَ

ْ

ك

َ

ر

َ

ت

َ

و

َ

ين

ِ

راخِ

َ

ء

ْ

ٱل

129 And We left with him for later

generations.

١٣٠

ين يَاسِ

ْ

ل

ِ

إ

ٓ

ٰ

ى

َ

عَل

ٌ

م

ٰ

َ

ل

َ

س

130 Peace be upon the House of

Elijah.

ى ١٣١

ِ

زجْ

َ

ن َكِل

ٰ

َ

ذ

َ

ا ك

َّ

ن

ِ

إ

َ

يننِسِ حْ مُ

ْ

ٱل

131 Thus We reward the virtuous.

١٣٢

ا ۥ إ

نادِ

َ

ب عِ

ْ

نمِ

َ

ينِنمِ

ْ

ؤمُ

ْ

ٱل

132 He was one of Our believing

servants.

١٣٣

إوَ

ينِل

سرْ

ُ

م

ْ

ٱل

133 And Lot was one of the

messengers.

١٣٤

ن

ْ

ذ

ِ

ۥٓ إ

َ

ينعِمَجْ

َ

أ

134 We saved him and his family, all

of them.

ى ١٣٥

ِ

ا ف

عَ ج

َّ

لا

ِ

إ

َ

ين

ِ

ر

ِ

ب

ٰ

َ

غ

ْ

ٱل

135 Except for an old woman who

lagged behind.

ا ١٣٦

نرْم َّ دَ م َّ

ُ

ث

ين

ِ

ر

َ

اخءَ

ْ

ٱل

136 Then We annihilated the others.

١٣٧

ِ

بصْ م م ُّ

ِ

عَ ل

ونر ُّمُتَ

لمْ

ُ

ك

ن

ِ

َ

137 You pass by them in the morning.

١٣٨

لقِعْ

ت

لا

138 And at night. Do you not

understand?

ٱل

139 And Jonah was one of the

messengers.

ٱل

ونحُ

ْ

شمَ

ْ

ٱل

140 When he fled to the laden boat.

ي نحَ ضِ

ْ

دمُ

ْ

ٱ ل

141 He gambled and lost.

١٤٢

ف

همَ

قتَ

ٱل

ُ

وتحُ

ْ

يمٌ ِل مُ وَ ٱل

ُ

هوَ

142 Then the fish swallowed him, and

he was to blame.

١٤٣

ن مِ

ان

ينحِ ب ِّ

سمُ

ْ

ٱل

143 Had he not been one of those

who praised.
