Tapenade


Serves 6-8


Ingredients


1 glove garlic
1 cup black olives (Natures First Law Italian)
sea salt & pepper to taste
olive oil
juice of 1 lemon to taste

Directions



  1. Take the pits out of the olives. (if necessary)

  2. Place garlic, olives, olive oil and some juice in a blender and blend. (I prefer not too
    fine)

  3. Add salt & pepper and lemon juice to taste and add some more olive oil to make it
    nice and smooth.
