Features and benefits
When copywriters create copies, they tend to mention the benefits and forget
to add the features of the product or service. Both are equally important, and
the customer should be given a sense of all that there is on offer.
If the features are not mentioned, then it will seem like the company is trying
to hide something or a particular feature is not available. It will also look like
the ad has been done in hurry and half- heartedly. So, it is best to list out
every detail of the features or at least the majority of it.
