Where can I go from your Spirit?

HEconstancy of our Father’s presence is one of the most impor-
tant lessons we can learn as we practice a life of prayer. Regard-
less of the situation, God will always be there.
Our son Curt learned this when he was doing short-term mission
work on the island of St. Croix. Curt’s Youth With a Mission team
was divided into two ministries, the clown ministry that did street
shows for kids, and the prison ministry that preached the gospel in
prison.
Halfway through the team’s month on St. Croix, Curt’s prison
ministry had a day off, but Curt decided to minister with the clown
team, using his free time to talk to the kids.
The team set up the puppet stage in a covered area near a hous-
ing project where most of the kids lived. The younger children ex-
citedly gathered around the stage waiting for the play to begin, while
