R8 Oh, I think I became more comfortable with it ... more comfortable addressing people on emotional

R9 Oh, it matured. It matured immensely. I guess I would describe myself as being a Type A+
personality. And it led me to control that, and utilize it when I needed it. But also not let it get out
of control. That was a very big factor, I think, in my success.
