1.1 Objective
The objective of doing this analysis is to create a reference data bank and facilitate
one to keep a handy record of civil works in a Project of Cement Plant having
different operation capacity. Adding capacity under brown field or green field
Project, also on analyzing the data we arrive on a factor which guides us in deciding
the major component of Project the RCC and Reinforcement steel quantity, used
in planning the green field Cement plant Project.
The broad items which effects the overall Project parameters in a Cement plant
Project is basically
- Reinforced Cement Concrete
- Reinforcement Steel
These items become the major measurable factors for planning, budgeting and
monitoring of a Project, other related factors like shuttering, excavation, PCC, etc.
are related by these two items.
