Bai Zhu Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae 6 g
Tian Ma Rhizoma Gastrodiae elatae 9 g
Chen Pi Pericarpium Citri reticulatae 4 g
Fu Ling Sclerotium Poriae cocos 6 g
Zhi Gan Cao Radix Glycyrrhizae uralensis praeparata 3 g
Sheng Jiang Rhizoma Zingiberis officinalis recens 3 slices
Da Zao Fructus Ziziphi jujubae 3 dates
Sheng Di Huang Radix Rehmanniae glutinosae 9 g
Di Long Pheretima aspergillum 6 g
Gou Teng Ramulus Uncariae 6 g
Ju Hua Flos Chrysanthemi morifolii 4 g

Explanation The first eight herbs constitute the same original formula Ban Xia Bai
Zhu Tian Ma Tang to extinguish Wind-Phlegm.


Sheng Di was added to nourish Yin.

Di Long, Gou Teng and Ju Hua were added to extinguish Liver-Wind.

This patient is making very good progress also with the Parkinson's
symptoms and she is still being treated.

Acute Heat in Febrile Disease


Clinical Manifestations


Constipation, dry stools, abdominal pain and fullness, red face, thirst, dry mouth, profuse
sweating, feeling of heat, high fever.


Tongue: Red with dry yellow coating.


Pulse: Overflowing and Rapid.

Drain Fire and move downwards.
