  • In a chronic condition of urinary calculi with Dampness in the Lower Burner and
    deficiency of Qi and Blood, instead of the above formula, use the formulae Er Shen San
    Two Spirits Powder (which contains Hai Jin Sha Spora Lygodii japonici and Hua Shi
    Talcum) and Ba Zhen Tang Eight Precious Decoction.

  • In a chronic condition with Damp-Heat in the Lower Burner and Yin deficiency, use Zhi
    Bo Di Huang Wan (also called Zhi Bo Ba Wei Wan)
    Anemarrhena-Phellodendron-Rehmannia Pill in combination with Shi Wei San Pyrrosia
    Powder.

Jin Qian Cao Herba Desmodii styracifolii 15 g
Hai Jin Sha Spora Lygodii japonici 9 g
Ji Nei Jin Endothelium Corneum Gigeraiae Galli 6 g
Dong Kui Zi Semen Abutiloni seu Malvae 6 g
Shi Wei Folium Pyrrosiae 6 g
Qu Mai Herba Dianthi 6 g

Explanation



  • Jin Qian Cao, Hai Jin Sha and Ji Nei Jin dissolve urinary stones.

  • Dong Kui Zi, Shi Wei and Qu Mai drain Damp-Heat.
