(i) SP-6 Sanyinjiao, Ren-4 Guanyuan and Bl-23 Shenshu
(ii) Ren-4 Guanyuan, Ren-3 Zhongji, BL-23 Shenshu, BL-28 Pangguangshu and KI-3
Taixi.

HE-7 Shenmen and BL-40 Weizhong ("The ABC of Acupuncture" AD 282).1(431) This is an
interesting combination of points which harmonizes Heart and Kidneys, regulates the Lower
Burner and calms the Mind. It is particularly suited to nervous or slightly hyperactive children
with nocturnal enuresis.

Wu Yao Radix Linderae strychnifoliae 6 g
Shan Yao Radix Dioscoreae oppositae 9 g
Fu Zi Radix Aconiti carmichaeli praeparata 3 g
Gui Zhi Ramulus Cinnamomi cassiae 3 g
Shu Di Huang Radix Rehmanniae glutinosae praeparata 24 g
Shan Zhu Yu Fructus Corni officinalis 12 g
Ze Xie Rhizoma Alismatis orientalis 9 g
Mu Dan Pi Cortex Moutan radicis 9 g
Fu Ling Sclerotium Poriae cocos 9 g
Explanation
- The first three herbs constitute the Suo Quan Wan which stops enuresis or incontinence
from deficiency of Kidney-Yang. - The other herbs constitute the Jin Gui Shen Qi Wan (obviously without Shan Yao as it is
already included in the first formula) which tonifies Kidney-Yang.
