7. Create the chart.

a. Select C7-F24 (the entire calculations table including headings).

b. Click on the Chart Wizard icon in the Standard toolbar (looks like a

vertical bar chart). The Chart Wizard dialog pops up. Select the Line

Chart type and the middle row, left-most column Sub-type (default).

Press Next.

c. In Step 2, click on the Series tab. To help the students focus on the two

most important elements of the series (height and volume), you can re-

move the width and length lines. Under Series, click on “Width” and

press the Remove button. Do the same for the length. (Want to see how
