Inc., a strategic change management and career development-
consulting firm. He also worked with Procter & Gamble and Esso
Resources Canada Ltd. (Exxon/Imperial Oil). At P&G, he partici-
pated in the start-up of a successful manufacturing plant in Georgia.
While at Esso, he worked in research and development and then in
exploration as an organization effectiveness consultant. He is
coauthor of Results-Based Leadership,named book of the year by the
Society for Human Resources Management, and of Real Time
Strategy.His most recent book, written with Dave Ulrich, is Why the
Bottom Line Isn’t: How to Build Value Through People and Organizations.
