(a) Mix up the shrimp, eggs and corn-
starch. Addsaltto suitthe taste. Putone
by one into apan ofboiling oil. Fryuntil
brown.
(fo) Cutthe green peppersinto piecesthe
samesizeasthe shrimp. Fryinanoiledpan
for 2 minutes. Thenaddtheshrimpandmix
well.
(c) Add enough primary soup to cover.
Cook for 10 minutes,
{d) AddChinesegravy.
Garnishwith parsleyand serve.
