2%dozen oysters
Lard-skin(enoughtowraptheoysters)
1 teaspoonfulgingerjuice
1 tablespoonfulFunWine
Whitesof 2 eggs

(a) Washtheoysters. Boiltheminwater
for 10 minutes. Then fryinhotoil.
(b) Addthe FunWineandginger juice.
Fryfor 7 minutes.
(c) Cut the lard-skin into pieces as wide
astheoystersandahout 4 incheslong. Wrap
each oyster with a piece of lard-skin, using
thewhiteofegg forpaste.
(d) Put the wrapped oysters into boiling
oil and fryuntiltheyare brown.
(e) 'Nowsettheminabowlandsteamfor
1%hours.
Serve onlettuce.
