into 5 ounces ofsauceresidue. Mash. Add
1%ounces ofsweet sauce, 2 ouncesof good
Fun Wine. Mix well.
Wrapupwith Chinesetissue-paper,andput
inadryplacewhereitcanstayuntildry. Itis
nowreadyforcooking.
(a) Cut 1 poundofdryporkintopieces^1
inchby 1 inchby1%inches.
(b) Useabout 2 poundsofbeancakes. Cut
eachcakeinto4spieces. Fryuntilyellow.
(c) Cut about 3 pounds of graypotatoes
intopiecesthesamesizeasthepork.
(d) Cook the pork, bean cakes, and gray


potatoesinplainwaterinanoiledpanfor^
