information. This adds to your growing list of leads. Tell them, “This
home may not meet your needs, but we have several a month come
available. I’d like to be able to E-mail you this information on a regular
basis.”
If they are even mildly serious about purchasing a home, they’ll
be glad to get the updated information. (You can also outsource this to
your local team as well.)


Bus Tours
