The idea is to write a series of letters, enter them into your
autoresponder account site, set them to go out at various intervals and
then sit back and let them work. Obviously, each one will contain your
Squeeze Pages and blog URLs.
Above I have listed two of the best autoresponder sites. Each
one contains easy-to-follow, step-by-step tutorials. The list you are
mailing to is made up of the contacts you have captured from your
Squeeze Pages. This growing list will soon become invaluable to you.
In addition to what we call “drip” marketing (slowly dripping E-
mails to the recipient), you can also send one blanket E-mail to all of
your contacts. Say you just came upon a great investment property and
you want all the rehabbers on your list to know about it. It’s a simple
thing to let them know via an autoresponder E-mail. Create one
message and send to all—talk about time saving and easy to do!
This is not a free service, but the monthly fees are extremely
reasonable in light of the service it renders and for the return you get
back. This is truly a must-have to stay sane and make it big in the real
estate business.
