offer newsletter tutorial. It’s a low-cost monthly service fee that is well
worth it.

Keep In Touch
One of the best ways to keep in touch with prospects (or clients,
either one) is with a weekly, monthly or quarterly newsletter. Personally,
I prefer weekly. This is a non-threatening way to keep up ongoing
communication and let people know what you’re up to. Your newsletter
can be sent online or by snail mail. You may want to make this a part of
your offline marketing strategy (See Chapter 8). A physical newsletter
that your recipient can hold and refer back to can make a powerful
impression, but there is, of course, a cost to printing and mailing a
physical newsletter.
Your newsletter can contain newsy items about your business,
and also feature properties that you have available at the time.

eBooks

Marketing Resource #22: Use your existing writings—articles or blog
entries—and compile them to create an eBook. Use http://www.Elance.com
or http://www.Guru.com to outsource this work (see Chapter 10). Your eBook
can be given as a freebie, or sold for a reasonable price to create an
additional stream of income. Place these offers on your own website
(see Chapter 5).
