Everyone loves pizza, and piling your pizza high with vegetables means you can enjoy a
healthy pizza anytime. Using French bread instead of a pizza crust, you can get this
healthy vegetarian pizza recipe in the oven quickly. Prep time is about 10 minutes and
cooking time about 10 minutes for a total of 20 minutes of your time, providing you
with an entire pizza to divide anyway you like.
Ingredients:
1 one pound loaf French bread
1 cup pizza sauce
1 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 16 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 large green pepper, sliced
1/2 large red or yellow pepper, sliced
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 2 ounce can sliced black olives, drained
black pepper to taste
How to prepare:
 Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
 Slice loaf in half, length-wise, and spread each half with equal amounts of
ingredients.
 Sprinkle lightly with black pepper.
 Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
 Slice each half into fourths.
