Spirulina-Avocado Soup

SERVES 2 TO 4

1 large avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup filtered water
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, plus additional for garnish
2 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 teaspoons powdered spirulina
Juice of ½ lemon

Place the avocado, water, cilantro, Braggs, spirulina, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in bowls, garnished with additional
cilantro.
