Creamy Red Pepper Soup


This soup has a bright and sweet flavor that is well supported by the richness of the avocado.


SERVES 2 TO 4

1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
2 cups filtered water
Leaves from 1 sprig oregano
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Bragg Liquid Aminos
Black sesame seeds, for garnish

Place the bell pepper, avocado, water, oregano, cilantro, and parsley in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the Braggs to taste. Pour into
serving bowls and garnish with a few sprinkles of sesame seeds.
