Pea Soup
Fresh peas are a fun summertime treat. Peas still in the pod are always the sweetest—plus they’re fun to shuck.
SERVES 2 TO 4
2 cups shelled fresh peas (approximately 2 pounds peas in their pods)
½ avocado, peeled and pitted
¼ cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves, plus additional for garnish
1 cup filtered water
Bragg Liquid Aminos
Place the peas, avocado, cilantro, and water in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the Braggs to taste. Serve in bowls, garnished with the
additional cilantro.
