Avocado-Parsley Dressing
This creamy dressing has both strong and subtle flavors. The parsley gives the dressing an herbal and earthy tone, while the lemon’s acidity
cuts through the fat of the avocado and offers a light yet smooth texture.
MAKES 2 CUPS
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
½ cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1 tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Juice of ½ lemon
1 cup filtered water
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend or pulse until smooth. The dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up
to 1 day.
