Herbed Garlic Seed Cheeze
With its garlic and basil, this cheeze has an Italian flair.
SERVES 4
5 dry-packed sun-dried tomatoes
2 cups Basic Seed Cheeze, prepared using equal amounts of sunflower and sesame seeds
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
In a small bowl, soak the tomatoes in water to cover until soft. Drain and mince. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, seed cheeze, herbs, garlic
and Braggs. Mix well and serve with a smile.
