since although the errors will mainly be restored quite precisely, it may be necessary,
sometimes, for the system to substitute approximate, interpolated values for the signal
data, and the effect of frequent corrections may be audible to the critical listener. So treat
CDs with care, keep them clean, and try to avoid surface scratches.
