- Discussion of how clothes, accessories, body art, and
gadgets play a role in your review process. The
review is a scan that gives you the puzzle pieces that
later will come together in a picture.
This is nothing more than a laundry list to make you aware and
open your eyes to some basic concepts. You will never look at
yourself or anyone else the same way. I will later address the holistic
view, and give you ways to tie it all together so you can read body
language.
Super–physical communication
All humans share some communication traits, regardless of
culture gender or language. I explore these later in depth, but for
now, I want to expose you to essential concepts so the detailed list
of body movements in this chapter gets you thinking about how
individual gestures might fit into a meaningful, complete picture.

Examples are finger pointing; head bobbing; batoning
with the hand, arm, or head; and arm outstretched
with the palm up, as if to suggest you are giving
something.
