When you hear God affirm you, say, “Thank you, Lord!”When you hear God correct you, say, “I’m sorry, Lord!”

Listen to Every Little Thing He Has to Say
Today, try kneeling prayer. Before getting into bed, get on
your knees and ask God to talk to you. On a notepad by your
bed record the last words you hear God say before you doze
off and the first words He says to you when you awake in the
morning. If you initially don’t hear God talk to you, try this
experiment for a few days in a row or until you hear His voice.
When you hear God ask you to lift your chin to the sky, say, “I’m
looking up, Lord!”When you hear God whisper, “Cut it out,” say, “I quit, Lord!”When you finally understand that God expresses His
endlessly deep thoughts and passionate feelings of love
toward you all throughout each day, you’ll become quite
expectant... and perhaps even quite chatty!
